Cory and I first met in January 2014. He asked me to make a snow angel with him, and we’ve been hooked on each other since! Over the years, we have talked often about settling onto rural land where we could live out all of our homesteading dreams. A place where we could raise animals, have an apiary to keep honeybees, grow a large bountiful garden and handcraft all sorts of different things. In June 2017, we moved into our first home and this little hobby farm is what inspired me to create ‘Hay Creek Farm’.

Currently, we live on a 10 acre, 1800’s Swedish homestead with our little farmhand pug Roxy. We have chickens we raised and 3 honeybee hives.
